A traditional donut adds static weight that trains slow twitch muscles and alters your natural hand path. The ProVelocity dynamic sliding counterweight preserves your game speed mechanics while forcing your body to generate more power through the zone, a fundamentally different training stimulus.

Eight resistance bands let you dial in your training load from youth level all the way up to professional. Add bands progressively as your bat speed improves to keep challenging your ceiling.

Band weight also scales with bat size. The 30" Youth bat comes with eight 5 lb bands, the 32" Standard bat mixes six 15 lb bands with two 5 lb bands, and the 33" Extreme bat runs eight 15 lb bands, so resistance grows right along with the bat you choose.

Every Baseball and Softball Bat purchase includes the All Star Blueprint, a pro level training program built by MLB hitters, at no additional cost.

The double click confirms peak hand speed and clean mechanics through the contact zone. A single click means more speed and efficiency is available. Every rep gives you a real time diagnostic you can hear and act on immediately.

The ProVelocity Bat is built with a reinforced aircraft aluminum shaft specifically rated for real ball impact at game speed. Use it in the cage, off the tee, or against live pitching from day one.

ProVelocity Bat is a training bat. The sliding counterweight and resistance system are built for reps in the cage, off the tee, or during BP, not for live game competition.

Match the length and weight to your current game bat as a starting point, then use the Size Guide next to the size selector for age based recommendations.

Wipe down the aluminum shaft after each use and check the bands periodically for wear or stretch so your training load stays accurate.

The bat is designed to grow with a player. The eight band resistance system lets you scale the training load from youth all the way up to professional as strength and bat speed increase.
